Twice now in the last few weeks, we have had snowmobilers driving on our groomed trail under the hydro lines. A description of the snowmobile(s) would be helpful. Snowmobiles travel routinely to and from Balmer Bay along a corridor that most drivers stick to, but one or two riders like to leave tracks on the area groomed for skiers.
Trail conditions on the Bass Lake Trails (ungroomed back country trails) are very good, as there have been enough skiers on the trails to keep the track open and the hills packed for snow plowing and climbing. The Cabin Trail is especially good.
